By accessing or using AmpliRep (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms, do not use the Service.
02Description of Service
AmpliRep is a reputation intelligence platform that helps business owners monitor, analyze, and respond to customer reviews across multiple platforms. Our AI assistant studies your brand voice and suggests responses, which you review and approve before publication.
03User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
04AI-Generated Content
AmpliRep's AI generates response suggestions based on your business context. All AI-generated responses are drafts that require your explicit approval before being posted. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.
05Data Usage
We collect and process review data from connected platforms solely to provide our services. Your business data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
06Billing & Credits
Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. AI response credits are consumed per suggestion generated. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless specified by your plan.
07Limitation of Liability
AmpliRep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or reputation resulting from AI-suggested responses.
