At AmpliRep, we believe your business data is your most valuable asset. Our platform is designed to amplify your reputation, not exploit your information. This policy outlines how we handle data ingestion from third-party APIs (Google, Facebook) and how our AI systems process your brand voice.

Platform Data
Public reviews, ratings, and reviewer profile information from platforms you authorize.
Brand Voice
Your manual responses and style preferences used to train your localized AI models.
02AI Data Processing & Security
AmpliRep uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate response suggestions.
- Isolation: Your brand voice data is isolated at the tenant level. We do not use your proprietary response data to train baseline models for your competitors.
- Non-Retention: We do not store reviewer-identifiable information beyond what is required to provide the dashboard intelligence.
- Public Data: Our AI only processes public-facing review content for sentiment analysis.
03Integration Governance
When you connect Google Business Profile or other integration via OAuth, AmpliRep stores the minimum necessary tokens to fetch new reviews and post approved responses. You may revoke this access at any time via the integrations dashboard or directly through your provider's security settings.
