Transparency & Data Access
You have the right to request a complete record of all PII (Personally Identifiable Information) AmpliRep holds about your business or your patrons. We provide these exports in industry-standard JSON/CSV formats within 30 days of request.
Right to be Forgotten
Upon account termination or explicit request, AmpliRep will permanently scrub all reviewer metadata and brand voice training data from our production databases, ensuring zero residual footprint in our intelligence engine.
Purpose Limitation
We only process the review data necessary to fulfill our service of reputation management. We do not use this data for secondary marketing profiles or sell intelligence to third-party data brokers.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Our standard DPA incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure data is protected to a high standard, regardless of where it is stored.
